Mobbing
In the complex and interconnected landscape of work environments, the psychological health of employees plays a central role in determining the overall success and well-being of the organization. These may include training on interpersonal relationships, persecution reporting channels, psychological support for victims, and disciplinary measures for perpetrators. Only through a joint commitment from employers, employees, and government authorities can the phenomenon of office mobbing be adequately addressed and reduced.
